We are in week 2 of Cultivating Calm and Connection: 30 Days To Rewire Your Nervous System and this week is all about how to cultivate a bodily sense of safety.

It has been so valuable to me to understand why I sometimes feel anxious or afraid even though, cognitively, I know that I'm safe!
