I'm at it again so if you missed it last April, here's your chance to jump in!

I’ve channeled my deepening mission to help all people feel safe and supported into a 30-day intensive that is wholly focused on supporting a healthy nervous system and the experience of calm and connection that comes with it.

We’ll explore:

  • How the nervous system works through the perspective of polyvagal theory.

  • Your particular nervous system - what stressors turn on your relaxation response, your fight/flight response, and your freeze response.


  • How to shift from fight, flight or freeze into relaxation and connection.


  • Embodied mindfulness practices that make you feel both safe and connected.


  • How community and support can be a catalyst for a healthy nervous system.

We’ll move through this 30-day journey together, with a weekly live/recorded zoom class and 5 self-paced modules with recorded guided meditations and movement practices, journal and nature-based prompts, and accountability circles. 

The course begins September 26 and we'll meet live on zoom on Mondays, 6-7:30pm (MST).
