1. Tuesday Taster: Sneak Peak into Your Brain on Mindfulness
Join me tomorrow, September 14, 6-7pm (MST) for a free class that highlights the foundations of Your Brain on Mindfulness. Through lecture and practice you'll get a taste of the 8-week course that begins September 27. Participants will receive a $150 discount on the course. Your questions are welcome!
2. Free 10-day Meditation Playground
If you've been trying to start or deepen a meditation practice but you're having a hard time getting it off the ground or if you want a low-stakes, fun, community meditation experience, this is a great way to jump in. We'll meet on zoom from 8-8:15 MST each morning from September 15-24 (you'll receive the recording if that time doesn't work for you). I'll offer a very brief teaching and then we'll meditate together. Participants who would like to continue the practice and join Your Brain on Mindfulness, will receive a $150 discount on the course.

3. Mudras and Mindfulness
I'm thrilled to be co-teaching with Denise Druce this Saturday, September 18. In this 3-hour workshop we'll explore 5 gentle yoga practices incorporating mudras, movement and mindfulness and discuss the effects of each on your mind, body and brain. A recording of the workshop will be provided to all who register.
