Hi. I’m Rachel Posner, yoga therapist, mindfulness coach, counselor, entrepreneur and quiet adventurer, on a mission to help rewire our brains to change the way they, along with our bodies and minds, collectively respond to stress. By integrating personalized mindfulness techniques, neuroscience and psychology, I teach people a comprehensive range of evidence-based practices to dissolve stress, build resilience and thrive.
The secret of my success lies in my love of deep connections: supporting, listening and helping people follow the threads that lead them to a fuller understanding of themselves.
The key to transformation is facilitating conversations between the body, mind and brain that lead to direct and tangible wisdom sourced from deep within - wisdom that people can immediately act on to make the changes they want to see in their lives.
I am an experienced speaker and podcast guest and would love to share my knowledge with your community.
Here are some of the topics I like to share:
Short, experiential practices that can truly transform your life
Dissolving stress by learning how to regulate your nervous system
How to know if you’re in fight, flight or freeze (Hint: most people are there so much more than they realize!)) and what to do when you get there
Uncovering the real reasons you’re stressed out in the first place
The difference between stressors and stress
Cultivating mindful embodiment -deepening your connection to your body by developing skills to help you check in, ground, and respond to your bodily experience
Building and implementing practices and systems to facilitate resilience, optimism and gratitude
The difference between empathy and compassion; and why empathy can lead to burnout
Creating new neural pathways
Mindset: becoming more optimistic and rewiring limiting beliefs
How to deepen the conversation between your mind and body with yoga therapy and mindfulness
Exploring trauma informed yoga as a pathway to healing
The importance of taking a holistic body, mind, brain approach to wellness
Why there can’t be a one-size-fits-all approach to an engaged and meaningful life
There is no one-size-fits-all solution for stress reduction and well-begin so we need a toolbox of practices and resources that meet the needs of our unique body, mind and brain. By quieting the noise and leaning into our own wisdom, we can intelligently choose the tools or practices we need moment to moment.
Reducing stress and anxiety by approaching the stressors in our lives as challenges versus road blocks isn’t impossible. In fact, the shift is incredible! People just need a roadmap and a guide, and I’d like to provide both for your audience.
I look forward to sharing your podcast on my platforms and know so many people who are eager to hear the stories you’re sharing as well.
I’m excited to discuss how we can collaborate to help people around the world reduce stress, build resilience and thrive.
